SHIPPING POLICY

ELYSIAN by EM ships worldwide.

 

1.     DELIVERY

We aim to ship all orders within three business days after the day you received a confirmation mail that your order is being processed and payment has been received. We do not process or deliver orders during weekends or national holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect the delivery.

All orders are shipped via standard postal service. Products are delivered during office hours from Monday to Friday except for local and national holidays. We are not responsible for unpredictable delays.

Standard shipping is always free on orders over 60€, otherwise the delivery costs are as follows:

  • 5 € (VAT included) for deliveries within Belgium.
  • 10 € (VAT included) for deliveries to Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Germany, UK.
  • 15 € (VAT included) for deliveries to Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Switzerland.
  • 20 € (VAT included) for deliveries to other countries, not mentioned above.

A signature is required upon delivery of your order. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.

 

2.     VAT & DUTIES

All products are submitted to a VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the website.

Customs charges are applicable for countries outside the EU. All import duties, customs and local sales taxes are for the account of the customer. We are unable to inform you on the amount of these charges.

 

3.     UPDATE YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible at info@elysianaccessories.com. We will do our best to process your request.

 

4.     BILLING

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. 

The products shall be delivered after full payment of the products by you.

 

5.     DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERY

If you receive a product that has been damaged or that is incorrect, please contact us by e-mail at info@elysianaccessories.com within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours, your item will fall under the return policy stated below

 

6.     RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return or exchange your products within 14 calendar days starting from the day after the delivery date, without penalties nor additional costs, except for return costs. Only products that are not worn nor damaged can be refunded or exchanged. We ask you to return the products with the brand tag and in the original packaging. The products are to be returned at the customer’s expense.

To exercise this right, please do the following:

·       STEP 1

You inform us in writing to info@elysianaccessories.com within 14 calendar days starting from the day after the delivery date that you wishes to return the product. We will need your name, address and invoice number. We will then send you the return form with the modalities of the return.

·       STEP 2

You return the unused and undamaged products in the same condition as you received them with the brand tag and in the original packaging, together with the completed return form. We recommend you to use a trusted carrier so that they can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.

·       STEP 3

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned product. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or refund. If your refund is accepted, the returned products will be credited within 30 days after your written notice.

Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. In case of abuse Elysian by EM reserves the right to refuse subsequent orders. We cannot be responsible for any loss of products or risks related to the carrier responsible for the return of the products.
